Le logement est très bien situé, propre et spacieux. Arrêts de bus à proximité Il serait appréciable d’avoir une cafetière, même classique. Attention, les chaises de la salle à manger sont à renouveler. Nous ne nous en sommes pas servis, mais il est dommage de laisser des chaises aussi abîmées. Les rideaux mériteraient également un lavage, mais cela reste un détail et ne change en rien notre appréciation du logement. Il serait aussi agréable de disposer de verres à vin. Tous ces points ne sont que des détails, mais ce sont eux qui font la différence

L’immeuble est un peu vétuste et l’ascenseur mériterait d’être modernisé. Cela dit, ces éléments concernent davantage les parties communes que le logement lui-même et n’ont pas nui à notre séjour.

Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist das man auf der Terrasse zwischendurch kein WALN empfang hat

A spacious, comfortable, and clean apartment in central Belgrade, located a 5-minute walk from the Church of Saint Sava. It features two bathrooms, quality furnishings, and modern appliances—including a washing machine and a dishwasher—as well as everything needed for cooking. There are two balconies facing different sides of the building; one of them is very large and furnished with sofas and a small table. The building is equipped with an elevator (though it is quite small).

Locatie op relatieve goede afstand van centrum. Goede slaapplekken.

Slaapbank ligt minder comfortabel.

However, the furniture is quite worn out and the kitchen is poorly equipped. The cleanliness was disappointing, as the floors did not seem to be washed and there was visible dust, hair, and a dirty kitchen faucet.
