The bed is comfortable and clean sheets and I was offered a blanket.

The first room they offered was horrible, the carpet was dirty and the worst room I ever seein, just next to the door where there's a pub 🍻 noisy,I refuse to use the room as late as it was, I was prepared to look for another place. Was offered another room, it was clean it's actually the one that is listed on their website. The place is not quite as they claim, there's a pub in the same house just 10 steps away from the room I was in, I could hear every conversation, laughter as people were drinking until 4am it was insane. I reported the issue and all I got was ooh, yaah the noise sorry if you didn't like it. The place is definitely not designed for Peace and quiet, it's for clubhouse users and sleep in after drinking. I was so disappointed, I only managed to sleep from 4:30 am and by 7 Am there were guys who were seated 6 - 7 steps away from my door and they were having a conversation so loud and drinking, unaware that I didn't sleep, at the same time I need to check out at 9 am I was so tired 😩

The stuff was very friendly and welcoming, especially uBusi.

We had to bath with cold water on Sunday as the hot water was finished☹️
