The administration is very poor.

The location is central to the shops. Staff were very friendly and assisted with all our needs. The bathroom had a large bath and shower. The bed was comfy. Room had a kettle and bar fridge, washing machine was available if needed. There was a communal microwave available.

I did not include the breakfast in my booking. The guesthouse was very close to the venue where we needed to be. I did not have to wait long for people to open or close the gate.

The booking system. It is very confusing and I didn't like the fact that I arrived at the guesthouse thinking that I have made my booking just to find out that I put in my card details for nothing. The refund/cancellation policy is not very accommodating. It doesn't make provision for incidents that are out of one's control. We were two but had to share the bed.

Cleanliness, outside bins never emptied Overbooked, two of our party arrived with no rooms available after booking well in advance My room never had a toilet seat for the first 24 hours Live electrical wires sticking out the ground in an “open area”

The quiteness,cosiness, thr staff were awesome

Inconsistent water supply, but maybe a Gauteng issue.

The place was clean and conformable

The TV remote was not working

Everything was perfect I,l definitely book again when I'm around joburg
