I liked the staff and the breakfast

Outdated rooms with a significant amount of wear, the noise from outside-wouldn’t ask for creekside again, the hotel check in guy made mistakes with my booking when I checked in that cost me a very long wait and confusion the next day.

Staff was great and so was breakfast.

Very long hallways, our room was all the way at the end, very long waiting time for elevators. Hotel is too big for only 2 elevators.

"On point location"

The location was perfect. Not far from main strip and on the creek. Our room was mountain view which was peaceful. Hot breakfast include. Friendly staff. Two hot tubs, outside/inside pool with a swim through.

The parking garage was tight. My husband thought it was good.

Parking is a nightmare, they charge for parking when they don’t have enough parking spaces. Didn’t give a refund when we only stayed in the room for 30 minutes at that.
