It’s close to the shops and cheaper parking then anywhere else pool nice and hot tubs and water slide for kids room was nice had good view to see the needle

We was about to get on elevator and we smelled something was burning and we looks out smoke was rolling out and we try find someone to ask where stairs at and something burning and cleaning lady didn’t under stand us and I had to point out window and show her and no fire alarm going off until about cops and 1 fire truck pulled up if something really bad happen a lot people would been hurt or killed (they need something in parking garage like water sprayer or something to give people heads up)

Close to everything in Gatlinburg.

Parking is a nightmare and you now have to pay to park in the tight garage and this time my car was hit in the parking garage.

"It was just overall a horrible stay. Hair was found before I even laid on the bed, you can tell the carpet hasn’t been v"

A car was on fire adjacent to our car which caused the garage some sort of stings. The lights flickered due to the fire. I was worried for my family, we left a day soon.

Parking garage was horrible.

"Overall a very nice stay, but would love free parking again!"

Location was key! Very easy to navigate the city from Edgewater. Coffee was very weak, but breakfast was pretty decent. Could use some updates in the elevators, (which are horribly slow) and to the pool area. We stay here every visit that we don't book a family cabin. Will return again. Love all the updates that have been done too!

Weak coffee! PAYING TO PARK IN THE HOTEL GARAGE was just wrong!

"It was not a pleasant stay at all."

A car was on fire adjacent to my car which was so worrisome. The whole time the garage had a stingray of some sort that worried me for my family which is why we left a day sooner.

The parking was horrible

"Gatlinburg Stay"

We loved the convenience of the location. We traveled with our two kids, and it was in walking distance to everything. The pool and the hot tubs were great after exploring the city.

The wifi was not the greatest. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay.
