GBgenerally clean and spacious. looks like a recently refurbished place. A lot of the refurbishment does look flimsy though and some bits were already falling apart.
Unfortunately this place is not for families with kids! We booked 3 adjacent properties to allow mixing of families and a reunion - no parties, no loud music- just eating and chatting. Our fun was sadly cut short by the constant noise detector warnings in the main room where we met for dinner. The setting was exceptionally low to the point that normal conversation under it was picked up as noise. We checked with the neighbours and noone could hear us. We couldn't hear a thing from the outide either. We still kept getting phone calls from the company threatening to throw us out if the noise continued. There were 5 young children with us and that didn't seem to deter them. In fact, strangely enough they knew there were a few kids as they could "see" them on their cameras in the garden!! That's how creepy and controlling this place is. Ironically this properly is next to one of the busiest and noisiest roads in London- the ring road! I certainly would pay twice as much for a sense of stress free relaxation on a weekend in London, without this disgusting covert surveillance!!
GBThe apartment was much more spacious than anticipated. The beds were good and the living space was very nice. The location of the property was safe and nearby to train/tube/bus connections. The host was very accommodating and ensured to answer any of my questions
The property could have been cleaner. The floors were dusty and were not cleaned properly.

Property a bit dusty around the windows
DKIt worked well to get the key, the rooms and living room were nice. There were several bathrooms, all nice and clean.
The floors were dirty and the garden was not really usable- the grass was not cut and dirty underwear was left on the lawn. There were hardly enough cutlery, glasses and plates for 8 people and not many kitchen utensils.
