Plenty of space and lovely white bedding and towels

Only improvement would be a mirror in each bedroom.

The apartment looks mostly like it's shown in the pictures. We chose it specifically for the location since we were attending a concert so it was a relatively good location for this reason. The beds were comfortable and clean, even through there wasn't an a/c, there were ventilators available in each room.

The biggest disappointment was that the apartment didn't seem to be clean. The bathroom was dirty, there was quite a bit of dust everywhere, the dishes weren't clean, some of things like shower head and door handle were broken. The hosts offered to fix the shower head during our stay which we appreciated and the cleaning staff was invited to clean the apartment again, however it didn't feel like anything was cleaned at all, only some more cleaning supplies were left around the apartment. Keeping in mind a big sum of money that we paid for our stay and an additional security deposit, being in an apartment that wasn't properly cleaned wasn't comfortable at all. There were no toiletries like soap, dishwasher, shower gel available, even though that was mentioned in the description of the apartment. The apartment needs a good deep clean and some additional touches to make the stay more pleasant and comfortable.

The location was the main reason for booking this accommodation and it was great! Just a short walk from Hendon station and bus connections to the city. We were just 2 girls staying here and It felt like a safe area and secure flat.

Although the property was beautiful and clean. On arrival, there wasn’t really many of the main things you might expect from self catered accommodation. No washing up liquid, no tea towel, a dishwasher but no dishwasher tablet was left. These feel like basics which should be included to make it more comfortable. We ended up having to walk into town to buy washing up liquid and we were only there for 2 nights. Extras that would make it so much nicer - a few tea towels, dishwasher tablets/dish soap and maybe having small amount of tea/coffee provided for arrival. Ice in freezer (especially during hotter months!) There was also an issue close to the time of our stay where we were told they were going to have to move us to a different accommodation “near by” this near by accommodation was over an hour away! We had booked the accommodation because we were attending a concert and wanted somewhere close by with easy transport links for late night travel as 2 women - they managed to sort it out (whatever the issue was) but this left us feeling quite nervous about last minute issues!
