Everything was wonderful but strange that there were dish washer tablets but no dish washer and in one of the bedrooms there was a bedside light but no where to plug it in. It didn't matter to us or spoil our stay.
GBRooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was perfect for what we needed for the group.
No hand soap at any of the sinks to wash your hands properly.

LVThe place was nice, family friendly and cozy. Near transports to centre and shops.
The dishes were dirty from previous visitors, but as the place had got a dishwasher, we washed them again...so that was a little minus for the place. One night, upper neighbours had a party, so the sleep was disturbed.

GBGreat location, close to family. Nice clean flat, it is on the second floor up some tight stairs so if you have kids maybe get the ground floor flat.
We had an issue with the door not opening, and we was stuck outside for 20 minutes at 12.20am with 3 kids in the cold! The call operator was great and got the issue sorted but they did try to make out it was our fault.
PLThe appartment is really big and comfortable. For 7 peaople three is enough space.
Only few things could be better - the floor should be also cleaned not only vacuumed. The shower gel and schampoo was also missing.
