homely North London Apartments Hendon

Nicely furnished apartment with nice little garden at the back. Very spacious inside.

Could have done with a few more basics like soap in the bathrooms . We found the kitchen was lacking in basics like a wine bottle opener,which we had to go out to a shop to find! and there was no dishcloth/tea towel, which really are essentials to keep a kitchen clean and tidy. Very enjoyable stay apart from a women knocking and barging in on the Sunday morning telling us that we should have already left! She was quite rude and unapologetic to the fact that we had paid extra for a later check out.!

The apartment was very nicely furnished and clean. 3 x bathrooms was great and all bedding and towels were good. The kitchen was well equipped.

The noise from the house next door and apartment above was very loud. The banging from upstairs kept me awake until the early hours and we could not believe the screaming and crying from the young children next door after 11pm at night. Luckily our children were so tired they slept through it. Also no welcome supplies like tea, milk etc.

We loved how stylish it was! Everything was clean and beautiful! The staff were really friendly and helpful! Washing machine and dishwasher very handy! WiFi easy to use. Heating easy to use. Plenty of space!

Unfortunately it was very high up with 3 small children which was a bit of a pain. No hand soap in bathrooms. Not brush/brush and shovel to sweep up. No towel for drying up washing up. We had an inconsiderate guest park so no one else could park which was annoying. Also the bin lid in the living room is broken it wouldn’t close. Lights in the stairwell were flashing (bulb going)

This is a lovely, spacious, modern flat, only a few minutes walk from the mainline station, and then 20 minutes into Central London. Pretty clean. Parking on the drive too. Great communication from the agent.

Noise from neighbouring properties into the small hours of the night, from next door and the flat above was a real problem, as there is little soundproofing and inconsiderate neighbours. The property would also benefit from a sharp knife or two for cooking (the kitchen isn't very well equipped), crockery plates rather than plastic, and hand-wash in the bathrooms.

The apartment very nice and clean very quiet area. Definitely recommended only think the place the blind not imperfect condition for the property.

Lovely newly renovated apartment with large open plan living/dining/kitchen area. 2 great bathrooms, one with bath and shower over, en-suite with walk in shower. Bedrooms a good size. It was a cold weekend but the apartment was very cosy and warm and the heating was easy to control. Was easy to find from Hendon station, 10 minute walk having got overland train from St Pancras in 20-25 minutes. We had a bit of a mix up with baby cot, though think it was our fault as we enquired about a cot but think we forgot to request on booking. My daughter contacted the hosts and they asked her to look for a cot online which we could pick up and they would pay for it, so was sorted quickly. Quiet residential area. Would definitely stay again

Didn’t realise there would be so many stairs to carry the baby buggy up. Not ideal for anyone with mobility problems. Not much in the immediate location, nearest shops for buying supplies about 15minutes walk away. Only thing missing was a tea towel, had we known we would have brought one
