Beautiful place and location. Staff was superior, they went above and beyond.

No hot water. Dangerous ledge by the pool. Pool had a very rough finish.

The hotel is very nice but the food is not the restaurants that are nearby make better food than them and more economic Cardedeu the food prices are double that of the USA

The property was clean and large. The view of the lake was beautiful. Peaceful and quiet. Ricardo was extremely polite and friendly.

The facilities are amazing, great views of the lake from every angle. This is paradise by the lake.

The food was not that great and is expensive, you would expect amazing food if you judge by the prices. The steak ordered for dinner was not done as requested, the breakfast was not different from other breakfasts in other local places but the price was almost three times more and it didn’t even include coffee, you had to buy coffee on the side. This place is very good overall but they really need to work on their menu, the taste and quality of their food needs to match their prices.
