The hotel is lovely and the view of the lake is to die for!

The hotel had a power outage for a day and did not do anything to accomodate us. We asked for a refund or extra day and they did nothing

Everything from the location to a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding

Could be nice if there more cookery’s pots and frying pan, there’s was only very small frying pans and one small pot

No running water for 2 days. No electricity no compensation

Only the view was nice.

Blankets were dirty, the towels were stained, the WiFi did not work at all, not just for me but for other guests too. No hot water, the electricity kept turning off at night, there were bugs in the stairs and lobby. I’ve stayed at other hotels in El Salvador more affordable and they have working WiFi and warm water. I’m very disappointed of this place.

Beautiful views and location

No hot water

Beautiful grounds. Well maintained extensive property. The swimming pool close to our room was cleaned early in the morning. The restaurant had excellent typical breakfast. Most amazing place for lasting memories.

The lake was beautiful

The hotel ia not worth the price, staff wasn't helpful. Need a pick up truck to get there. Far from anywhere. Sheets weren't clean.
