Oddity Seafront Penthouse Apartments

Het appartement zelf is brandschoon en goed onderhouden. Er is genoeg ruimte, de inrichting is modern en comfortabel, en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De locatie is ook fantastisch: het appartement ligt in een mooie, levendige wijk met tal van voorzieningen op loopafstand. Denk aan gezellige cafés, restaurants, supermarkten en de waterbus naar drie stranden — je hoeft echt nergens ver voor te lopen.

Er is echter wel één groot nadeel: de geluidsoverlast. Overdag is het prima, maar ’s nachts wordt het behoorlijk rumoerig door de nabijgelegen bars en restaurants. Tot diep in de nacht hoor je muziek, pratende mensen en soms zelfs geschreeuw. Voor een lichte slaper is dit waarschijnlijk een dealbreaker, zelfs met oordoppen. Ik wil de verhuurder echt adviseren om iets aan de geluidsisolatie te doen, ondanks waarschuwingen voorafgaand de boeking is dit echt wel heel belangrijk voor een fijn verblijf.

- the bathroom tap is very loose and needs to be fixed. - the kitchen tap is also a bit average. - for the price could have more towels - could also have more washing pods - a larger bin is needed for longer stays - more streaming services - more water bottles on arrival would be nice - parking is hard - i suggest just parking in the paid parking opposite and using the paid scooters to get around

The property was exactly as the pictures. The check in was very easy to be done. It was very clean. Had everything inside. The host offers coffee and tea too. I was very satisfied by my stay there. I would definitely recommend it to others

We loved our stay here. Very comfortable apartment. The views are incredible and in a very central location. Host is very easy to contact :)
