Great Location, Great views from Unit 12

TV some times worked, sometimes did not

A highly exceptional and comfortable apartment, perfect for long stays. It features a spacious balcony with a partial sea view, offering a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Very disappointing experience. Did not received the apartment I booked, due to a “system error” that nobody bothered to check, even though the booking was made 3 months prior to arrival. Even though it was their fault, no discount or any other small gesture to compensate the inconvenience was offered. The apartment we got was missing the light fixture in the living room, holes in the wall in the bathroom and washing machine area, homeless people sleeping at the entrance (which feels unsafe), water pressure really low and hot water takes long to warm up and the list could go on.

The best part of the stay was the location, the cleanliness of the apartment and the comfortable bed. Everything else was disappointing.

1. There were two gorgeous TVs with ZERO remote controls. We arrived on a Saturday so they had to wait till Monday to buy ONE (for the two TVs) but we were leaving the next day. 2. There was barely enough hot water for one adult to shower -ZERO instructions on how to increase temperature of hot water. After the ZERO help we got with the TV remotes I decided to waste an hour trying to figure out the thermostat for the hot water heater - I eventually got it. 3. Beautiful swank apartment with no microwave - if you wanted to take out something from the many outstanding tavernas in the surrounding area - you better rush back to the apartment because you have no way of heating it. 4. We stayed three nights - there were two nespresso coffee pods - it would have been less insulting if there were none available. 5. The elevator goes all night - if you are a light sleeper, you will be up several times a night. However, we were there over a Saturday and the noise that previous reviewers said was emanating from the bars in the neighbourhood was NOT bad. The windows are insulated and keep it quiet (other than the elevator) In conclusion, this is one place I would NEVER go back to. There are many other to choose so I would recommend doing so UNLESS the corporately managed property gets its act together!

No hot water, the water was lukewarm so it was unpleasent to take a shower.

Great location near Kantouni Square with lots of restaurants and close to Port. Clean, spacious apartment. You never meet a human but they reply to messages quickly.

Hot water a bit tepid.

The apartment is very spacious, modern and well equipped. It is in a fabulous location near the main restaurant precinct and on the waterfront. Everything works. Huge balcony with excellent views of the ocean and waterfront. The bed is large and comfortable. Very secure.

Nothing. It was excellent. Note: Travelers should be aware that only two of the four lifts go to the penthouse. This is not a problem just a bit confusing if get in the wrong lift😁

Absolutely fantastic penthouse apartment with unbroken view of the Thermaic Gulf. Modern decor and good facilities. Location is absolutely perfect for getting to the centre of Thessaloniki and all of the shops, bars, and restaurants. Good check-in and out procedure. Will stay again.

Attention to detail could have been slightly better. For instance, the kitchen tap was missing it's nozzle so water came out of the tap a bit haphazardly and was difficult to use without getting water everywhere. Also, the kitchen and bathroom taps were both quite loose and wobbly. On our last night, some ants appeared in the bathroom, but this was a minor point and something I wouldn't blame on the owners, though it may be something they might look into. All in all, a great stay with very minor points for improvement.

The furniture, the size of the different rooms, it was absolutely clean, the sea view from the balcony, the location close to the port and a lot of restaurants and supermarkets, the host was very quick to answer and very helpful
