"We had our reservation through third-party, they did not give us"

When we arrived, they did not provide us a room. They did not even give us our room They said the Booking.com did not transfer the booking to them overall it was one of the worst experience I was with my family. "Inexcusable!!"

Nothing! Arrived and the place couldn’t find our reservation! Used the email from Booking.com. Called and was told Booking.com would refund our money in 7 days. It’s been 11 days. No refund or reply!!!

Ruined our trip. Had to pay double at another place due to late notice.

"Will never use booking.com again"

Location was good

Checked in and my rooms was dirty, bed not made up, trash still out. Hotel or booking.com would not do anything about it. Did not give me a new room or refund me. Terrible experience

"Our stay was uncomfortable, overpriced, and unsafe."

Love the hotel in general. We have stayed here multiple times, and the facilities, as well as the easy access to the casino, the Strip, and the monorail, are convenient.

The door to our room wouldn’t lock, and we had to contact reception after FantasticStay's phone line just kept going to voicemail. As this is a privately owned property, they said they needed the owner’s approval before sending someone to fix it, which delayed the response. Since we were staying just one night and travelling light, we had no choice but to pack our valuables and take them with us, as it wasn’t safe to leave them in the room. At night, we had to barricade the door to ensure we were safe to sleep. The maintenance team arrived at 9 a.m. the following morning while we were getting ready to check out, which was highly inconvenient. They couldn’t wait until our 10 a.m. checkout to address the issue. It turned out the door hinges were missing screws, causing the door to sag and preventing the lock from functioning. This seems to have been an ongoing problem that previous guests may not have noticed. Additionally, the $150 cleaning fee charged for the room was higher than the accommodation cost itself, yet the room was far from clean. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and did not reflect the price paid. There was no offer of compensation for providing us with an insecure room. Next time I'll go back to booking a room directly with MGM and not through a 3rd party.

"I didn’t like about the property was the room condition."

The staff deserves 5 stars, but the room does not. It was privately owned and poorly maintained. The temperature was uncomfortably hot, and the blankets were old and yellow. For the price paid, I expected a clean, updated room. I would recommend the hotel ensure all rooms — including privately owned ones — meet the same level of quality.

I didn’t like about the property was the room condition.
