Marari Beach Bungalow Resort Alleppey

Excellent breakfast, good choice of both Indian and continental dishes. We tried both over our stay. Both tasted amazing. In fact we ate all our meals at the property.

Spa is missing at the facility. They are building it though and should have it ready in a few months.

We really enjoyed our stay here! + Staff were fantastic, really easy to contact them via WhatsApp, very responsive, friendly and attentive + The room we stayed in was extremely clean and a great size + Food was reasonably priced, tasty and big portions + The resort itself has a very unique look and was well kept + Provided a complimentary breakfast before our early morning transfer to the airport (THANK YOU SO MUCH)

Nothing we didn't like but perhaps what would have made our stay even better! + On the first night our A/C stopped working but was moved to another room within minutes + The resort itself is a 20+ minute taxi to the centre and not too much around it in terms of restaurants + The pool could use cleaning a couple of times more, very clean in the morning once first cleaned but

Really everything - the staff was so kind and welcoming, my room was very nice and clean, I enjoyed the pool area, dinner & breakfast were tasty, and they organized a really nice backwaters cruise (in a small boat that could go up some of the smaller canals). I definitely recommend this property.

The hotel is beautiful, we loved the garden and the pool was a dream! Staff were very nice and helpful!

Air-conditioning was making load noise, the location is not on the beach, but close to the main street (8-10 minutes walk from the beach).

The room was extremely spacious, very clean and comfortable. The garden was peaceful and beautifully planted and the pool was enormous with beds under the trees. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful. Although it was one of the more expensive places we stayed in India so far, we felt it was worth the money.

Excellent service, ambience, and food. An extremely rejuvenating, peaceful, and pleasant stay. Lots of trees, plants, and greenery, and close to the beach. An authentic Kerala cultural experience. The employees are very friendly and courteous. Great service by Jasmine and team. Yummy authentic kerala food.

The property is beautiful - lovely furnishings, spacious garden and great pool. Our room was lovely too. The food was really excellent! Delicious breakfasts and the three dinners we had there were outstanding. The staff are all charming - friendly, helpful and a credit to the hotel. Couldn’t be better!

Nothing. It’s very quiet and peaceful and not that close to lots of restaurants or shops, so don’t expect that. But it was easy to get a tuk-tuk to nearby places like Alleppey and it’s only a short walk to the beautiful Marari beach (but too hot for us to spend much time there).
