Nice wee spot to stay for the night.

Breakfast (cappuccinos, variety, taste) were all good! The view of the valley was exceptional!! The staff were very helpful and friendly! Loved the pool and air conditioning when the temperatures hovered in the mid 30’s Celsius! Peace and quiet -Bellissimo!

Beds could have been better. Dinner was good but expensive!

Fantastic ! A lovely rusticl hotel/restaurant, with a beautiful ' wrap-round' garden, with panoramic views of the Tuscan hills opposite. Wonderful swimming pool. I had a room in an outbuilding with own terrace, great ! In two days, I got to know Ricardo and Catia a little, who told me more about the place and how they run it. I had two delicious meals at the restaurant and the breakfasts were equally enjoyable. Tuscan hospitality at its best. Personally, I loved the place.

Nice environment in the property, very artistic rural design.

The bed was so uncomfortable that neither of us we could have any sleep. The bed is old and mattress rock hard, pillows so worn out we needed to use our own clothes to elevate them. The shower was so small and narrow for any adult person, if you wanted to wash your hair and raise your arms you wouldn’t fit in width. The food at the restaurant was so basic and still so overpriced it was shocking to pay this much. Rude waiter at the restaurant too.

Spacious garden, parking , quiet

The pigeons are really annoying with their calling both morning and evening. The dinner menu:- expectation that you must eat each course. Not allowed to choose one menu item only, if you’re not particularly hungry- written in bold on the menu. This needs to change and it was very expensive for the meal- Rate the meal as OK, not of a chef standard as per the price expectation.

Family run business. Very friendly and helpful. On our last day they provided a superb packed breakfast for our trip to the airport. The location and ambience were more important than the specifics of the facilities.

Beautiful serene setting in a family owned farmhouse. The hospitality was wonderful and the restaurant was outstanding! One of the best dinners during our time in Italy! Grazie mille!!!
