Central Elegant Two-Bedroom Apartment

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. I booked and paid and didn’t get a response from the host , I also didn’t realise there’s plenty of bad reviews and the pictures shown on the booking of the apartment are clearly not how the apartment actually looks it’s false advertisement. Booking.com should not have this accommodation up on there site, they told me I had to wait untill 3pm on check in day only then would they refund me or help me look for other accommodation.

Location and apartment was nice.

Gate key doesn't work. 100% you will get a ticket if you manage to get in. The pans for the cooker don't work on the hob as you need special ones so don't bother cooking. If you leave with your car you won't be able to get in and if you decide to stay you will trapped indoors and leave with a ticket once you vacate.

A nice place, but..... Check-in is extremely complicated. In order to even get access details you are sent a link to a website outside Booking.com that demands online facial recognition (very glitchy) and demands extra payment. Then key has to be picked up from a hard-to-find location with no parking. No thought given to how to provide helpful instructions. Automated texts sound very welcoming, but no reply when there is a problem. Basics are missing: no iron, no tea towels, insufficient crockery and cutlery (only 3 forks for an apartment that sleeps 4) Oven was dirty with grease from a previous meal. Neighbours say they have had problems with people staying at the flat and sub-letting is not actually permitted.

The location.

We couldn’t get the keys until over an hour than agreed as the all the 5 codes they sent over wasn’t working. The shop owner who we had to collect the keys from was very rude and starting laughing and speaking about me and my friend to his colleague as we was waiting around all this time. The time and effort this took to resolve was frustrating. The owner stated that the delay was due to the cleaners taking longer than expected as the previous guests had a party. When we entered the property it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned. The list of issues were endless. Beds were messy, there were hairs everywhere even in the fridge, crumbs all in the cutlery and pans draws, they stored dirty linen in the cupboards, broken cot (that wasnt in the description) in one room with a dirty sheet, endless stains. Felt like we were staying in someone’s unkept home which was completely out of order. We also received a parking fine in the designated space for the property which we was told to park in included in the stay. The communication from the owner was poor. They were rude and unhelpful. Do not stay here. We were robbed
