Wesley Chapel- Cyanacottages

We loved everything about this place, beautiful little spot nestled amongst the cosy homes and all the little shops and pubs. Gorgeous views of the whole town from the balcony, whole place was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Hot tub was the perfect special addition for our anniversary. Staff were helpful and got us booked up last minute.

Check in time at 4 very late as price you pay leaves very little time when you are only staying for one night. Few things such as shower head and cobwebs need special attention when you pay a high price for the cottage.

The house needs a good clean mould up the walls in both showers other people's tooth past on all sinks and the floors down stairs were in need of a food clean . If this has been taken care of by and outside cleaning firm, the owners need to be made wear. it's a beautiful home. they just need a deep clean. Left disappointed on our wedding anniversary celebrations.

This is a great location to use as a base to explore Whitby, and is perfect for a family. The hot tub was very nice to use and this was clean.

Just didn't look like it had been cleaned very well at all really. Hair and fluff all covered the stairs. Cupboard doors definitely hadn't been wiped down. The basics of cleaning in my opinion (having been in hospitality )hadn't been done. For the money, I was surprised not to have just a small milk carton on arrival. Been coming to Whitby every year for 14 yrs and am aware of the hot tub added to the price.. but was it worth it ?..in my opinion no...Brams Liar for the money is better value.

It was a very good location for most activities. The owners provided so much in comparison to other places, you would be hard pushed to criticise the little bits and pieces that weren't perfect (where is?) I would definitely stay again, so I think this sums it up!

The steps were a bit of a killer for me and not for those with walking difficulties, but Whitby is so hilly, this cannot be avoided. It was worth the effort to get into the property.
