Wesley Chapel- Cyanacottages

The cottage was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean. The addition of the hot tub was perfect and all in a wonderful location.

The place itself was beautiful, situated in a stunning location with wonderful views.. The decor of the place was to a high standard. Very modern with a homely feel. The hot tub was a hit but perhaps a step up to the hot tub would be an idea. Everything we needed to work worked. We had a few things that could have been better cleaning wise but that aside I would recommend this lovely home for anyone looking to explore Whitby.

The only thing that let us down with this place waz the cleanliness! The kitchen was not cleaned properly for us entering, contacted owner who did reply straight away and offer to get cleaners out the following day but there was kitchen products to use so we cleaned it properly ourselves. The stairs were quite dirty, you could tell they hadnt been hoovered in a while, the glass doors could do with being cleaned, there was dust along the edges of them and there was marks on the glass. Bathrooms in general were clean apart from they could do with a good clean in the shower cubicles, things that are not the owners fault as cleaning is done via an agency. All these things might just have been a one-off and are easily solved.

The cottage was in a great location! Although the steps were tricky whilst carrying luggage. It was lovely and clean with plenty of towels. The cottage was really nice and very comfortable especially the bed and lovely bathrooms. We especially liked the lights on the stairs during the evening for safety. The hot tub was great although very overlooked and it would have been nice to have a step ladder or something for those of us who aren’t very tall. It was well equipped nothing had been missed and we would love to stay again. It was a little expensive, so it would be more beneficial to share with friends rather than just two people. Absolutely beautiful decor and surroundings. Would have been nice to get in earlier and leave later instead of having to pay extra. We had a lovely stay and wished we could have stayed longer to appreciate the facilities more.

The comfort and decor was second to none and we loved the hot tub. Nice and central so not far to go for anything really. Just a beautiful well equipped property.

Great location in the old town, property was finished to an exceptional standard and clean & tidy throughout.

It would have been nice to have seating on the balcony but the property owner (who is very responsive) explained that past guest noise causes complaints so they were removed (Shame).
