Very clean, nice big shower, loads of character. Hot tub was excellent and very private. Set in a quiet and beautiful part of Whitby, great views whilst being close to everything you could want.

The televisions in both bedrooms had no signal. Decor was a bit dark for our taste, but that may be completely different for the next guest. Would have liked a couple of chairs on the 1st floor balcony. To put this in perspective, these are minor nit-picks and we loved our stay.

Fabulous location. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Hot tub great.

The sofas in living room look amazing but not very comfy for relaxing in front of the tv.

Very clean and modern within a lovely old building. The kitchen was well equipped. The outside area with the hot tub was clean and well maintained. The living room was comfortable for 4 of us to use together. The bedrooms were super comfortable. Plenty of soft fluffy towels for us to use. Lovely view out to the sea from the top bedroom window.

It would’ve been nice to have some fresh milk etc for our arrival. Also would’ve been good to have some cleaning products in the bathrooms. There were many duplicate messages sent prior to our stay with rules about use of the hot tub.
