LEMON FARM GLAMPING simanami

The staff were super welcoming and nice. We arrived via bike while doing the Shimanami Kaido. The hill to reach the property is not possible to bike, but we walked it with little issue. If you're biking, don't let it scare you away. Just plan on walking uphill for 30 minutes. I do get the impression that this place is mainly frequented by Japanese locals arriving by car trying to get a break from the cities. It was quiet, clean and had the best views we had seen on the entire journey. The staff were very accommodating and helped us figure out some issues we had with our original plan. My only regret is that we stayed just one night. Could spend a week here.

The bungalows were spacious, with very good facilities and a super view of the sea. The barbecue was very good with many different prepared dishes (salads, paella, appetizers, vegetable skewers, beef steak, sausages, pizza, seafood spaghetti, chicken, smoked fish ...). But for two people it was just way too much food.

The location is on the one hand great with the great view, but if you come by bike, the approach is very arduous because very steep.
