Location was incredible- magical views

Food wasn’t great - ok if you like pork and seafood but limited otherwise. Breakfast was very traditional with limited options if you don’t like eating pho for breakfast

We stayed in Deluxe Double Room with Bath and Junior Suite with Mountain View. The difference are Junior Suite is slightly bigger and has an outdoor bathtub. Junior Suite is located on the side of the property and from the bathroom and outdoor shower can see some tombstones. There are curtains in the bathroom so it’s not too bad. But outdoor bath is kinda opened with only bamboo on both sides as dividers. There is the walkway behind the bamboo (photo attached) which usually only guests staying in Junior suite would use. But anyone could walk through because the entryway gate cannot be locked. I prefer the Deluxe Double Room. It has enough space in the room and outdoor shower is more private. - friendly and helpful staff - free bicycle to ride (check the break first!) - garden and pool well maintained - king size bed

The entryway gate cannot locked from inside. Junior suite: outdoor shower has less privacy. Slow drainage in indoor bathtub. Deluxe Double Room: can have some hooks in the bathroom for towels. Fridge is loud.

El lugar con mucha naturaleza, tranquilo

Estaba limpio pero habían muchas arañas dentro de la habitación que me tuvieron nerviosa toda la estancia, y el sonido de las ranas en la madrugada era excesivo, no dormimos bien.

Rooms were amazing, lots of greenery and you can see buffalos from your balcony which was fantastic!

No hot water, unfortunately

Friendly and helpful staff, insanely beautiful accommodations, peaceful location, stunning and well-maintained garden, two big pools to chill after a long day exploring and of course, a delicious breakfast buffet. Honestly, I would absolutely go ahead and book this hotel again because the minor inconveniences did not tarnish at all our experience.

Sometimes a bit of a lack of communication, I think once the staff improves their level of English, things will be sorted. We missed a few things: coffee refill in the room, trash taken out (we left it outside our room), coffee or tea by the pool (there is no service at all), tour/excursions desk or at least a printed flyer, and service printed on a paper and placed into the room. Small details that would make a big difference, but like I said, we had an amazing stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It is incredibly quiet there!
