Room is spacious with good amenities. Near to station as well.

Multiple power trips during 1 night but was quickly resolved

The location is great, with a front desk to store the luggage. The room is larger than the pictures.

The electric power supply is unstable. Whenever we use the microwave, hair dryer, or hot water kettle, it keeps tripping the circuit breaker.

The apartment was spacious; it was nice to have a living/dining room and kitchen area separate from the bedrooms. It was by far the best value of all of the hotels we stayed in during our trip to Japan. The Star Wars theme (which didn’t occur to us until we got to the hotel) was much appreciated by our family of Star Wars fans. It was very conveniently located near Nagasaki station and the street car lines. My son said it was his favorite place we stayed during our two week trip.

It was hard to find the hotel to check in, and then hard to find the actual building we stayed in. Although it’s super close to the train station, there’s a lot of going up and down stairs to get from the elevated pedestrian walkways to street level, made more challenging when we had luggage. The immediate neighborhood surrounding the hotel was a bit unsavory with kids in tow (pachinko parlor, bars), but it did feel safe nonetheless.

Location is good

1. Very Nice Staff. 2. The room is much bigger than I expected. It feels like a studio flat that resemble a Japanese Household. You can do laundry and even cooking at the apartment. They also have a small balcony for you to get some fresh air.

The cleanness of the room, city center place. appropriate price.

noting to mention

Very big apartment for Japan - I think the largest of our 5 week trip. It had a separate bedroom, an extra bedroom, table and a small sofa. It was slightly tired, but perfectly adequate. Clean. Good location a short walk from the station.
