Room is big & suitable for 4 people, location is very convenient and close to the Nagasaki JR station / Tram. Check-in process was fast & clear.

There was an issue with the new towels (they only gave us 2 instead of 4) but rectified on the night after. Otherwise, all else was good.

The location was excellent. Close to Nagasaki station. The room was excellent actually a small apartment. Nagasaki was a really great place to explore for a few days, we would visit again for a couple extra days to explore more.The facilities were great and staff very nice.

Nothing. I suppose access to Netflix would have been nice.

"Great Experience"

Awesome place to stay, we had a 11th Floor two floor 2LDK suite.

Trying to find it was confusing. Location is very convenient
