"Unhelpful staff."

Room clean and hot water for shower.

This is the fifth time I've stayed at this place for one night each time, just because it's close to the airport. I always find the Staff not very helpful. No help to carry two suitcases upstairs to my room. They just watch you struggle with your suitcases. This time the free water. was empty. When asked them to replace the water bottle with a full water bottle, they said they don't have any, but I can buy water for 30 phps. They had no change. So I could buy any water. Very poor.

Not much to like, it was in a rough location.

No coffee, I stiff 20 Pasos for 8 Paso pack of coffee.

"Vert conveniently near the airport."

Very newr the airport. Short walk t9 get food and groceries. The staff are cheerful and corteous.

The bedsheets in my room, although were clean and fesh, felt scratchy and rough.
