"Richtig schöne Wohnung mit einem schönen Wohnzimmer und Küche( wie zu Hause)"

Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Sie ist genauso wie beschrieben: sauber, modern eingerichtet mit einer schönen Küche( sogar mit Spülmaschine)und einem schönen Badezimmer.

Das wir die Wohnung nach dem Urlaub leider verlassen mussten 😂

Ništa se nije svidjelo, naprotiv

Već na dolasku ključevi nisu bili na dogovorenom mjestu, iako je to ranije dogovoreno. Još gore, oglas je netočan i zavodljiv: rezervirao sam i platio apartman u kojem su trebala biti tri bračna kreveta (što nam je bilo nužno za šesteročlanu obitelj). Umjesto toga, dočekala su nas dva bračna kreveta i stara sofa na kojoj nije bilo moguće spavati. Zbog toga smo supruga i ja dvije noći spavali na podu. Komunikacija je bila neljubazna i troma, bez stvarne želje da se problem riješi. Ovakav pristup je neprofesionalan i gostima nanosi realnu neugodnost i trošak. Na temelju ovog iskustva ne preporučujem ovaj smještaj. Oglas ne odgovara stvarnom stanju, a razina usluge i odnosa prema gostima je ispod osnovnih standarda. Molim povrat ukupnog iznosa zbog netočno oglašenih kapaciteta i neispunjene usluge, te uklanjanje netočnih informacija iz opisa smještaja kako se drugi gosti ne bi doveli u zabludu.
