Lavir - Spacious 2BR Apartment with Parking

Modern, net en ruim appartement. Er is een lift en de sleutel kan je ter plaatse verkrijgen en we werden ook heel snel en vriendelijk geholpen via WhatsApp voor al onze vragen.

De locatie is niet super maar je vindt er wel verschillende restaurants, bakkerijen en andere benodigdheden.

The place is well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable visit. The beds and sofa were very comfortable, and the apartment has its own parking spot in the garage, which was a big plus. The location is convenient—about a 30-minute walk to the city center—and communication with the host was excellent. In the vicinity there is a bakery and Veronika food store.

Upon arrival, we noticed some cleanliness issues in the toilet (some of it looked like long-term dirt). We sent pictures to the host, who promptly offered to send a cleaning service, but we opted to handle it ourselves as we couldn’t wait. Also ther was dust on the bathroom radiator etc. Some roller blinds weren’t working (one room and living room).

Location you have coffee shop and bakery near by, also it is only few stations from the city center.

Great location. Near a tram stop and supermarket. Garage parking. Small balcony.

Nothing really. It’s quite basically equipped but is cosy and feels very safe. Some damage to the shutters that need repair.

Good location, quiet and safe area, really close to the tram to hop into the old town. Good cafes, supermarket and bakery nearby. Hosts really helpful. The apartment is modern and fresh. A good find.

Getting into the apartment was a bit tricky as the keys are old and stick.
