"Run down stale cigarette smelling place"

Bed was comfy

1)1st room main light didnt work, toilet didnt flush, no TV remote and stinking of cigarettes. 2) 2nd room skid marks in the toilet from the last guests, still stinking of cigarettes, no main light, walls filthy, the standing heater with one foot and the 'disabled call pulls' were all tied up high so if there was a fall there was no chance of reaching them! Oh and the kettle didnt work
