The family section, brimming with activities for children, is perfect for families with young ones. Most of the staff, especially our day and night assistants, were incredibly supportive, even though it appears that they lacked the resources to fulfil our requests promptly.

The rooms in the main building of the hotel are quite dark, which may not appeal to those who dislike such design choices. Additionally, the rooms could benefit from more thorough maintenance. Initially, we were assigned a twin room with a view of the adjacent construction site, which was unsatisfactory. It took three days for us to be relocated to a different room.

They used to have better shows and activities for families, like dances and entertainment. But this time, they didn’t have a good program for entertainment. Out of 7 nights, only 2 nights were nice; the rest were not good at all!

Soft play/kids rooms, water slides, playgrounds - the whole family zone is exceptional. Entertainment is also one of the best we've experienced at all inclusive resorts.

Meeting and greeting could be organised better. On arrival we were left unattended for quite some time. The facilities could be explained during the check-in. We were not made aware of the family zone which we thought was another resort since it is located outside the main hotel entrance, until other guests pointed it out to us. Though food in general was good it can certainly be improved by introducing more grains and wholemeal and gluten free pasta options, for example. My toddler's diet during the stay was much poorer that it is normally at home. Though I must admit we are foodies and it's not easy to meet our food expectations. At the same time, overall we, adults, had plenty to choose from. Desserts are very nicely presented but tastes pretty much all the same. Though I was impressed by Turkish local desserts - Baklava is freshly made, not overly sweet and delicious. Meat grill section at the restaurant is very nice but the a la carte Steak House where reservations are very hard to secure ay needs to step up a few notches to be truly regarded as a steak restaurant. The sushi bar isn't even worth visiting. These are simply not sushis. Again, we are very demanding foodies, so we wouldn't want to discourage anyone from visiting the resort as overal we had a very good stay.

The hotel was fully booked but at the same time the pier was closed. The guys were reconstructed the pier and threw cuts of wood right into the water (one piece is on the photo) The hotel is very old and needs a lot of renovation

The service was excellent, we had a WhatsApp group, anything and every question I would contact them and they would answer immediately, clean, tidy, delicious food, an amazing experience, I will come back, thank you for the treat, you are lovely, I recommend everyone who wants to come to Antalya to come only to this hotel, I will come back...

When I went to get a massage, they gave me a really high price, like 280 euros for 60 minutes, the next day they made an offer for 70 minutes at 120 euros per person, and it was annoying, I felt that I was taken advantage of there
