Luxurious stay, food was great, the beach, the family zone

Beds aren't comfortable as expected, family rooms had mold smell needed to be more clean in general. More entertainment programs are needed.

The staff were exceptionally friendly. The food at the main restaurant and Mir Mir was excellent. The patisserie cakes and the sushi bar were both excellent choices. The beach area very clean and vibrant. and the family zone offered a wonderful experience for children.a truly luxurious stay.

Lighting in the main hotel building is too dim, making it hard to assess cleanliness. Rooms in the family zone weren’t very clean. The resort would benefit from more entertainment options.

Excellent location, variety of food and drinks.

Minibar was poor and to fill it but more you have to pay room service.

I spent a wonderful vacation with my family at Selectum Luxury Resort, and overall it was an excellent experience. The resort offers top-notch facilities, outstanding service, and great attention to detail. The food was delicious, varied, and of high quality. The beach and pools were beautiful and well-maintained, and the décor throughout the property was luxurious and tasteful. The Aqua Park is absolutely fantastic – fun and safe for both kids and adults, and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. A special thanks to Amir, one of the staff members, who was extremely professional, helpful, and always smiling – he truly made our stay even better. The only point for improvement would be the room conditions – they could use more maintenance and attention, especially when it comes to some of the facilities and the air conditioning. Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommend this resort for families looking for comfort, fun, and relaxation.

The hotel is getting better and better. Both the services and the staff show continuous development. Mrs. Erbu and her colleagues at the reception are always ready to offer help in solving the requirements. The welcoming atmosphere as soon as you step into the resort gives a feeling of well-being. The restaurants offer a wide range of local and international culinary products. This time I must mention the wide variety of desserts prepared with care. The cleaning is done accurately, daily. Sevil made a surprise every day, decorating the bed with different figurines made of towels. For those who want to retreat, the cabana on the pontoon is an oasis of peace, ensuring all the comfort. A breathtaking view, Ibrahim and his team providing drinks and food. The Spa Center offers a wide range of massages and body and facial treatments, I recommend it to everyone. The hairdresser, the ever-smiling Muhammad, does impeccable hair for beautiful evenings. The events organized every evening are the culmination of a day of pampering. Behind these moments are people who work to provide a feeling of well-being and unforgettable moments to everyone who steps foot in this Hotel.

There is nothing to complain

Is a luxury place,from entrance till to Pier everything is made perfectly,the stuff taking care of every detail to confer a mix of luxury and mystique.

Staff food and resort cleanliness.

Side sea toom view had garbage and reconstruction view. Upon my request to upgrade the room I was switched to the side where the AC of the hotel was running all day making noises + the garbage outtake was on that side. Completely ruined my vacation views and plans. Regardless of the booking amenties for Golf courses with additional charge, upon my request the resort said they could not provide any assistance.
