Vi fick ett stort rum med terrass och havsutsikt, helt magiskt! Städerskan var noggrann och rummet var alltid fint. Poolpersonalen var snabba på att städa och hålla ordning. Huvudpoolen var bra anpassad både för vuxna och små barn.

Musiken från showerna är alldeles för hög. Rumsservicen är inte bra, behöver man hjälp med något tar det lång tid innan de kommer och man kan behöva påminna dem flera gånger. Det finns ingen service borta vid vattenparken, vill man ha något att äta eller annat att dricka än läsk så får man ta en promenad på cirka 8 minuter till en bar vid familjepoolen. Gymmet har begränsade öppettider. Maten är ganska smaklös.

The Events at night was good comparing to the other hotel with the same location, stars and price.

There was a noticeable musty smell in the room, which may have come from the carpet. Also, due to the age of the property, some of the power outlets were not working, and the toilet flush occasionally malfunctioned. The place really needs some major maintenance.

Hotel un po' datato ma con servizi all'altezza delle promesse sia la spiaggia che la zona piscina nonché il pontile con il bar da noi molto apprezzati; cibo perfetto, abbiamo utilizzato per il pranzo il ristorante difronte alla spiaggia aperto fino alle 16. Un elogio particolare per il miniclub aperto ininterrottamente dalle 10 alle 23.30; servito alcool internazionale di ogni tipo compreso del pacchetto; anche l'area destinata alle famiglie molto carina con il ristorante dedicato (non per la cena) e la zona piscina ed acquapark. Si tratta di un hotel per famiglie pertanto le serate spesso incentrate su djset e cubiste sembravano un po' fuori luogo; molto apprezzati gli show. Da consigliare sicuramente

La camera "venduta per 61 mq in effetti sembrava non arrivare a 40 mq in effetti su altri siti la danno per 45mq e non per 61mq come su booking; Il solito problema della sostanziale impossibilità di trovare un lettino libero vicino alla piscina principale gli ospiti sono soliti occupare con asciugamani e nessun controllo da parte dell'hotel su tale atteggiamento durante il giorno vedevo sempre lettini vuoti ma occupati; le giostre vicino al mini club fuori servizio per tutta la durata della vacanza, sembravano abbandonate pertanto con poca intenzione di riattivarle; pulizia della stanza non accurata abbiamo dovuto chiamare piu volte la reception per rifornire il bagno dei saponi; e il problema dei due soli ascensori disponibile e molto piccoli per servire adeguatamente la parte A dell'hotel con attese lunghe soprattutto per le mamme con il passeggino

Size of the rooms, variety of pools, the beach, the fact that there was always an open restaurant, the 24/7 bar, the quality of the drinks.

Parts of the hotel look old or not regularly maintained or cleaned, like the carpets or elevators. The rooms with sea view are also facing the scene where most shows take place. That means significant noise until midnight. If you want peace and quiet, don't chose such a room. It should be made clear during the booking process.

L'hôtel était très luxueux, très propre, le personnel au petit soin. Une odeur incroyable en arrivant dans l'hôtel. Le plus, notre chambre avec jacuzzi et une vie incroyable sur la piscine et la mer. L'hôtel est aussi bien pensé pour les adultes que pour les enfants. Foncez 😬

La nourriture. Nous ne sommes pas difficiles mais le buffet était tous les jours similaire.
