Der seltsame Geruch in den Familienzimmer war nicht gerade angenehm, aber mit Lufterfrischer konnte das Problem behoben werden.

With the kids, 2 and 5, it was a rich experience with the sea access, big swimming pool with a shallow part, aqua park and kids club, and the fun atmosphere all around while being just as accomodating for the parents. so 10 out 10 for that.

I think its a culture thing but smiles don't come easy, which make the "special great" where you sit in the lobby and they come to you with the papers is not too special nor meaningful as it felt forced. I tried the sport activities at the beach and i also tried the photography service near the swimming pool, both were "outsouced" parties and were below expectations and would NOT recommend them esp that the hotel doesnt seem to help inresolving any issues claiming they do not have any influence over their operations.

As usually,everything magical.From the entrance,Mrs.Ebru and Mrs.Denis,Mr.Yelcin and their colleagues are taking carefully care about every detail.The rooms are clean and spacious.The restaurants are offering a variety of dishes.Everything is high quality and delicious.The bars are great.The pool and the seaside area are amazing.The night shows are unforgettable.Mr.Ibrahim is taking care of everything in the Pier Cabana.The Foto Team from Ümit makes professional fotos as memories from this wonderful place.The hotel is continuously in development,the proof of a very professional management.

The hotel is really vwey good, European 5star Level for sure. Staff,very helpful, rooms - superior witj jacuzzi on the deck - perfect, all 5 star level. I'LL be glad to come back again. Raetaurants great, Sushi bar my fav, same as la carte sea food restaurant - perfect, the manager of this restaurant really took Care of us. The lobby bar with plently of whiskies- just wow. Activities good also for adults. Special thanks to Melissa - she did her work perfectly, I wish the hotel more People like she at work 🙏👍

Well the Ac could be better bur it was like 38 and 40+ degree during the day

The staff is willing to solve any problems. The food is very good, high quality.

The resort exceeded our expectations, beautiful design, spotless facilities, fantastic food, and incredibly friendly staff. The beach area was clean and relaxing, and there were plenty of activities day and night.

There really wasn’t much to dislike. If anything, we just wish we had stayed a few days longer!

The room was spacious and good view

They need to put a door for the bathroom and ventilation also. Moreover, the lights needs to be redesigned as it was low in rooms

Sandy private beach, glamorous pier beautiful decor, pool facilities, food options everything is amazing and outstanding.
