they gave us a room without a balcony, even though our reservation was for a room with a balcony. they didn't even apologize, but tried to convince us to stay. after our categorical refusal, the next day they gave us a room with a balcony. in certain places in the hotel - on floor -2 there is an unpleasant smell, the same is true for the rooms on the east side of the hotel. the beach to the hotel is not maintained and clean, in the morning the sunbeds are dirty and damp. the general areas of the hotel are not lit well enough. in general, the hotel uses quite intrusive and bright colors.

Our experience at the Selectum Luxury Resort Belek was truly exceptional! The entire staff across all the departments was highly professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive to every detail, making us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our visit. The variety of food was impressive – everything we tried was delicious and of high quality. The hotel also offers excellent facilities at the beach, and spa, and kids club and a large, beautifully maintained territory, perfect for relaxing and exploring. Sincere thank you from all our family to your beautiful team and we definitely will be back in the future!

Великолепный персонал, очень отзывчивые и доброжелательные люди. Менеджер Белек- профессионал своего дела, встречает меня на протяжении нескольких лет, все на высшем уровне. По возможности делает раннее за конник и повышение номера. Спасибо огромное, Белек, Вы лучший 👍🥰 Очень нравится Пирс, в принципе, из за него и еду в Селект, здесь всегда комфортно. Хотя в этом сезоне очень тесно, много лежаков добавили и появились люди с орущими детьми)).

Нет привычного лоска, грязно в отеле, я хорошо это поняла, когда заказала фотосессию и фотограф вытер моим черным платьем все грязные лестницы холла, бара и др , я даже представить не могла, насколько грязный пол. Туалеты, везде темно , уборка поверхностная и так же санузлы на улице у бассейна и бара. Это в целом перечеркивает все хорошие впечатления об отеле. Еще я отравилась на завтраке йогуртом из большой чашки, йогурты с фруктами в ассортименте, не рекомендую !!! Отравление было конкретное, даже с температурой, мне не помог Энтерофурил. Спас меня Левомицетин в конских дозах, долечивалась дома(.
