Хотелът е прекрасен, има всички удобства. Стаите са чисти и просторни, храната е много разнообразна и вкусна, напитките са на ниво. Организират различни забавления и шоу програми всеки ден. Басейнът е голям и поддържан. Персоналът е любезен и отзивчив. Престоят ни беше чудесен!

"Vom „Luxury“ ist nur noch der Name geblieben"

Wir waren bereits mehrmals in diesem Hotel, doch diesmal war es eine Enttäuschung. Service, Essen, Getränke und Sauberkeit haben stark nachgelassen. Sehr schade, dass ein Hotel mit so gutem Ruf sein Niveau nicht mehr hält. Leider kommen wir nicht zurück.

Wir haben nicht das Zimmer erhalten, das wir gebucht hatten. Überall sind sehr viele Kinder mit Kinderwagen, was den Aufenthalt unruhig macht. Außerdem wird der Alkohol mit nicht originalen Produkten gemischt. Insgesamt leider ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt.
