Personeller gerçekten cana yakın güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. odalar temiz yatak rahat. Die Angestellten sind ausgesprochen freundlich, gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten bequem.

Restorantda bilhassa hijyen sorunu var. Bardaklar tabaklar tam temiz değil lekeler vardı. Bu şikayetimi müşteri ilişki yetkililerine bildirmeme rağmen ertesi gün yine aynı sorun vardı. Çevre düzenlemesi temiz değildi özellikle sahilde çöpler şişeler vardı. havuz kenarındaki ızgaralar kırıktı. Lobby de keman çalan bir sanatçı vardı orada yerden kablo geçiyor çok yanlış o oradan kaldırılmalı, insanlar o takılıyorlardı. Birde 2 gün havuz kenarında sabahları inşatçılar vardı gürültü yaptılar hiç hoş değildi. Im Restaurant gab es erhebliche Hygienemängel. Gläser und Teller waren nicht sauber, sondern fleckig. Trotz Meldung an die Kundenbetreuung bestand das Problem auch am nächsten Tag weiterhin. Die Außenanlagen, insbesondere der Strandbereich, waren ungepflegt; überall lagen Müll und Flaschen herum. Die Kunststoffgitter am Pool waren beschädigt. In der Lobby spielte ein Geiger, und ein unterirdisch verlegtes Kabel war unpassend und sollte entfernt werden, da Gäste darüber stolperten. Außerdem verursachten Bauarbeiter an zwei Tagen morgens Lärm am Pool, was sehr störend war.

L'hôtel a de superbes infrastructures, une chambre immense , même pour deux ( j'etais seul) avec un bain à remous dans la chambre, j'ai réservé une chambre vu mer et littéralement on voit la mer depuis le lit! le blcon est un plus. L'espace SPA est ouvert et gratuit le bain turc est génial la piscine intérieure avec le bar à jus est un vrai plus surtout lorsqu'il fait gris dehors. Le restaurant ( commun pour les 3 repas ) est spacieux et les différents espaces ( entrées, plats, desserts, soupes, enfants ) bien agencés. le choix des plats est bon, le gout aussi ! par contre il faut aimer le sel ! la plage n'est pas des meilleures que j'ai vues, mais elle fait l'affaire les transats et équipements sont bons. la grande piscine est grande et propre, mais avec le temps assez froid encore pas beaucoup de volontaires à la baignade. La salle de Gym est super bien équipée ( pour un amateur comme moi ) ! et il y a des cours collectifs dans la journée ! Le personnel est sympathiques, souriant, et serviable !

il y'a des travaux un peu partout pour préparer la saison ! pour un hôtel de luxe ça fait un peu tâche surtout les personnes qui vernissent les structures en bois sur la plage , mais globalement ça ne m'a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour !

The food in main restaurant was great, especially a variety of meat. We were lured by a good ranking and awesome location, as well as modern design visible in the photos on Booking.

1) there is an open air disco area, with the stage facing the hotel rooms. The DJ played at full volume till 11pm, and the DJ at nearby hotel till 1am. Due to poor soundproofing (at a suite, with the closed windows...) we heard it all and couldn't sleep till 1am, despite an early tour appointment. What's funny, there were literally no people at the disco, but it continued at full throttle... 2) the AC isn't powerful enough, thus you have to open the windows to get some fresh air in the room. But then you have to deal with the music outside again... 3) the AC smells like mold 4) we made the reservation for the steakhouse, then it was canceled by guest relations because the restaurant had a "day off", but the guest relations didn't cancel the bill. Thus they tried to charge me 60 Euro at check out for the restaurant I didn't visit. 5) guest relations is basically a "forwarding service". They listen for your request and then suggest you go to another desk for transfer or to another desk for reservations. Another desk could easily be closed at the moment. No "one-stop-service". And they also barely spoke English... 6) the stairs rising from the water to the pier (cool idea actually) are in fact super slippery (metal and moldy wood steps), easy to hurt your toes 7) we asked for early breakfast or prepared lunch box due to early departure to the tour. We were told "just get to the overnight restaurant, they'll serve breakfast any time". Well, firstly, they don't have the breakfast menu - burgers, kebab and fries are far from what most people want for breakfast... Secondly, at 6am the waiters from the overnight restaurant go to the main restaurant to prepare something for the day, but nobody tells you that. You sit, wait, ask the reception and in 15 min "surprise" they forward you to another restaurant, but the time has gone.
