GBThe location was very good and the layout of the property worked well for us, although it is compact. It was useful to have tea/coffee already there. Although we didn't use it having use of a washing machine was good.
The sofa was not comfortable to sit on and it was difficult to use the television without instructions although easy to find Netflix. The parking was difficult to get out of on our departure day as other cars were parked on the drive leading up to the designated parking space; fortunately my car is very small.

GBNice facilities and the host had taken the trouble to supply some basics like rea, coffee etc.
The area. Upon arrival there was a group of men hanging around what appears to be an HMO. Parking was awkward and the neighbours noisy.

Steps to garden were a struggle for our elderly dog. We managed by carrying her

Noise from above . I am quite tolerant of noise but could see how it could affect the stay . Also need to be aware of parking restrictions . We parked round the corner I. The dark when we arrived and didn’t realise we were in a restricted parking area until the next day . Luckily didn’t get a ticket .
DEDie Lage war sehr gut, ca. 5 Minuten bis zum Meer. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung.
Leider nicht so leicht zu finden, da sich keine Hausnummer am Haus befindet. Die Möbel sind teilweise etwas kaputt und ranzig. Das Sofa ist sehr unbequem. Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr herausfordernd, wenn auf allen 4 Parkplätzen Autos stehen. Etwas zu teuer.
GBGBGBClose to the seafront, free parking, nicely decorated. Comfortable bed, friendly hosts, great communication. Kitchen was kitted nicely, tea and coffee supplied, enough plates, bowls, glasses etc.
It was cosy but I wouldn't say a Peace haven! Lots of noise from connecting flats, loud bangs, talking, dogs and a washing machine against one of the walls... Even one morning heard someone hacking up the other side of the living room wall! Parking was good but awkward, you could drive in okay but had to reverse out the way you came due to other cars parking there. Sofa was quite uncomfortable but aware it was a sofa bed.
