Cortile Del Greco Apartments

This apartment is in a very good location on a little quiet street with good restaurants and a bar, yet just a couple of minutes walk to the busy Via Mequada. Claudia was very responsive to a couple of early queues.

Very long steep, narrow stairway without a handrail to our apartment. Not suitable for the less than fit guests. We would recommend a guest information booklet and to forewarn guests that there may be an additional electric charge.

Mis communication with phone and email. Found it hard to find property after getting off train. Once we stayed in property it was easy to work out where you were. Great location. Lovely appartment and very clean

My parents wouldn't have managed the stairs up to the appartment so not sure if the description of the property mentioned the stairs.

Great location with plenty of cafes, restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Absolutely great location close to everything within walking distance, but still private and very quiet! very bright and modern  and it had everything we needed! The host was very accommodating with everything we asked for.

Fantasic location near the historical centre. All necessary kitchen equipment. Good quality furniture. Great little grocery/deli/wine store underneth the building and cafe next door. Two nice little balconies. Good shower. Everything was modern, clean and tidy. Smart TV with Netflix etc. Good WiFi. Great communication from Claudia along with good restaurant and bar recommendations. We would definitely stay again.

Some minor irritations: The glass panel above the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom allowed light to shine through if the bathroom light was switched on at night. I would have appreciated a bigger TV, it's small and on the wall quite a distance from the end of the bed. There was a note saying if more than 5KW of electricity was used per day there would be an additional charge of €10 per day for the entire duration of the stay. That is something hard to calculate as a guest and there was no information about that when making the booking. It was just weighed on our minds considering it was summer so we had to use the airconditioning often, not really something I want to be thinking about whilst on holiday.

Claudia is an amazing host, very kind, responds quickly and the location of the stay is lovey.

Cortile Del Greco Apartments exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was excellent, offering easy access to attractions and restaurants. The recently remade apartment was immaculately clean and beautifully designed. Despite being on the second floor, the stairs were manageable. The host Claudia was incredibly helpful, providing excellent recommendations for sightseeing and dining. I highly recommend Cortile Del Greco Apartments for a remarkable stay in Greco.

Palermo is a city known for its parking challenges. Claudia navigated us through the unclear rules and guided us to suitable parking spots. Her local knowledge and tips ensured a smooth and stress-free parking experience. We are grateful for Claudia's assistance, which greatly enhanced our visit to Palermo.
