"Clean, well-equipped apartment in a perfect location"

Everything! The location is central, with just a few minutes walk to Palermo Cathedral and Via Maqueda. There is also a grocery shop right by the apartment which was very handy. There are also numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Despite this, the street the apartment is on is very quiet. The apartment itself is clean, well-furnished and has everything you need. We stayed for 10 days, so having a washing machine and plenty of kitchen utensils was greatly appreciated. We also can’t thank Claudia enough for being a fantastic host. She was friendly throughout the entire process from booking to the stay itself, and was a huge help when we managed to lock ourselves out of the apartment. I’d definitely recommend this apartment to anybody wanting to stay in the heart of Palermo! 😊

"Palermo is beautiful, but I do not recommend this apartment."

Palermo

The electricity only works when you are in the apartment, after inserting the appropriate key. A small capacity boiler runs while you are in the apartment. Forget about refreshing yourself in warm water before your next trip to the city. Regulations as in the barracks. Note: The hosts can visit you at any time of the day or night, because this is their apartment.

"Nice apartment but a lot of noise"

The apartment is very nice and clean with all the necessary things. The ironing machine is a nice plus, coffee machine too. In front there is a supermarket where you can find everything you need.

Even with all the windows closed, the noise reduction is almost 0 from the noise made by cars and motors. The garage truck piking up glass bottles makes so much noise :(((( Everything starts from 5.30 in the morning and makes it impossible to sleep

Great location, beautiful and well-maintained apartment.

Steep stairs may not be for everyone. It didn’t bother me personally but may be an issue for others.
