Close to the convention center

Close to homeless populations, no hot water, no on-site breakfast, pool was down and everything in the room was old and run down. Sad state for a Marriott. Should have "Motel" in the name.

Overall, this was a horrible experience, and I would strongly caution others—especially those traveling for a special event—to consider alternative accommodations. This property is in serious need of improved training, staffing, and guest service standards.

We recently stayed at the Courtyard Downtown by Marriott in Pueblo for a family wedding, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. We were unable to check into our room until around 7:30 p.m. due to a complete lack of clean rooms. Despite arriving well after the standard check-in time, we were told to join a waiting list—a first for me at any hotel. There appeared to be multiple people acting as managers, yet none of them seemed properly trained or capable of handling the front desk operations. The level of disorganization and confusion was simply unacceptable. The check-in process was the worst I've ever encountered—chaotic, uncomfortable, and frustrating, especially during what was meant to be a joyful and important occasion for our family.

I liked the location, as well as the employees.

Check in was a nightmare. We couldn't communicate with the housekeeping staff, 95% of them can't speak English . I don't know why so many staff changes, but it's not good changes. The majority of the guest's don't speak or understand Spanish. That makes staying at your hotel hatd to stay at, if a guest can't communicate with most of the housekeeper's then our needs can not be met.

Check-in was horrible. I don't think anyone at the front desk knew what they were doing .

Breakfast was ok location perfect . The evening we arrived it was a zoo to get checked in we also checked out right away with no refund

The amenities that were listed (pool, hot tub, coffee makers) were not available. They had what looked like a major leak from some renovations in the lobby. The room smelled like sewerage coming from the bathroom. The hot water also didn't work on the 5th floor in the morning.
