Nice clean place friendly staff. Shower was fabulous

People next to us were yelling at slamming doors at 2 am. Walls must need more insulation

My husband and I both love this Marriott Courtyard location. Every time we have to come to Pueblo, CO, we always stay here.

You folks could offer free breakfast like most hotel chains do

AC didn’t work well, so they sent up an engineer. He opened the panel, said, “Oh, here’s the problem, the hot side is on, put panel back on and said “it should cool off in a few minutes.” Never cooled. No cream & sugar with coffee in room. Had to go to front desk and ask for. First time for that….

The hotel is fine. It was clean and very close to the riverwalk, which was nice.

We specifically booked here because it said it had ev chargers. It does not. The chargers are in a public lot down the street. They should not be allowed to claim chargers that are not on their property.
