"Relaxed and re-energized after our stay at this beautiful cottage!"

The cottage is spotlessly clean and decorated very tastefully. Everything you could possibly need is here. The little touches make it feel very special such as the welcome message and the locally made fudge. The beds are super comfy and the shower is excellent. This is my absolute favourite air B&B and I stay in lots.

There is nothing to dislike about this property.

Absolutely beautiful cottage. The decor and fittings were first class. The layout worked really well for us and the location just yards from the sea was perfect. Easy walk into Whitley Bay or Tynemouth. The kitchen was extremely well stocked in terms of kitchen utensils, pots and pans so easy to self cater. Lovely touch with milk, orange juice, coffee and tea there. Even an outside hose for rinsing off shoes.

"Wonderful,,having stayed at The Grand before when visiting, the cottage was fabulous in all aspects."

Everything, the interior decor was exceptional and all the facilities were outstanding.

Not a fan of Tempur pillows, like my pillows soft and fluffy, some of the bed linen had been stained by previous guests and either needed attention or renewing.
