The friendliness and hospitality of staff. Excellent location

We had a really nice stay in shahi palace. The property is really nice and so good. The rooftop restaurant and food are also good. We also did a camel tour with them and it was so so nice.

Hotel carino e abbastanza pulito. Super rooftop con vista forte. Abbiamo fatto colazione e cena lì e siamo state molto contente sia della qualità del cibo che del servizio. Il responsabile del ristorante era davvero molto gentile.

Excess rent

1. Very courteous staff. They are wonderful and very friendly. 2. Amazing location - 10 min walk from the fort gate 3. Amazing view from the roof top restaurant. 4. Delicious food - Their Chicken Tandoori is probably the best I have tasted in India. 5. Spacious room - in an old heritage style small building, well fitted with bath amenities, and naturally warm during winter.

1. Approach to the hotel is dirty - but not hotel's fault. 2. The first room alloted to us was not properly cleaned - there was hair on the bed, and the mattress smelled of urine/beer, we even saw spots on the mattress. When requested, they promptly changed to another 3 bed room but charged 1000 INR extra per night for the same. Also the first room was very poorly lit. 3. There is no lift (not expected in such small traditional building) - this is not a drawback but people having mobility challenges will have problem climbing the steep staircase to the roof top restaurant. But they serve food in room if ordered.

The staffs very were helpful and kind, the views are awesome.
