Amazing hotel and very nice people

We loved to stay several days at Shahi Palace. Situated in a quiet lane at the old town you can reach the market area and the fort just in minutes by walking. The roof top terrace has direct view onto the fort - stunning especially in the evening. The food is delicious and we spent hours here relaxing. The hotel and the rooms are decorated as in Arabian Nights, we got luck to have a room with a window. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highlight of our days here was the private overnight desert safari! We were almost alone at a beautiful place in the sand dunes, after we discovered a abandoned village, old kenotaphes and an old fort by jeep, followed by a 30min camel ride to a very remote place. The dinner prepared onsite and the bonfire were “wunderbar” and the night under star unbelievable. Thanks a lot for the wonderful experience- we highly recommend the hotel and their safari!

Ich habe die Lage außerhalb des Forts genossen, da es etwas ruhiger war und der Blick auf das Fort von der Dachterasse traumhaft ist. Jedem Abend beim Essen hatte ich diesen wundervollen Ausblick. Auch das Essen des Hotels war sehr lecker. Der Chef und das Personal des Hotels waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Immer für ein Gespräch offen und zeitgleich nie aufdringlich.
