Coruscant Hotel NagasakiekiⅢ

Nice sized room with kitchenette. Instructions provided for appliances. Washing machine in bathroom worked well and single use detergent was provided. Good natural lighting. Very quiet neighbors.

Beds were a little hard.

The hotel is very near Nagasaki station! The room also offers a washing machine, and drying feature in the shower room, making it convenient to settle my laundries!

The rooms were smaller than expected, and they only have just 1 Queen-size bed for 2 adults and 1 child, which made staying at this place very uncomfortable... Upon checking in, we also noticed the kitchen area was not cleaned properly, having food crumbs on the table top and reddish stains on the tap. We notified the staff and thankfully, they cleaned up the area free-of-charge. The cleaning service may not be one that people are used to as well, where used towels and garbage have to be placed near the front door each day by guests, as their hotel policy do not allow cleaners to enter and make the room (unless you pay them to). Replacement towels and garbage bags will be left inside the front door, and guests are expected to bring them into the room themselves. Personally, I do not have a problem with this system, but some of my family members do. The hotel is divided into 3 different buildings, and unfortunately, the 3rd building (this one) is on top a long flight of stairs, which made it challenging to carry our luggage from the foyer building at the bottom of the stairs. Lastly, I was told before arriving (and during check-in) that they offer a luggage delivery service, but I received a rude shock when I found out that the delivery's bill can only be settled via payment-on-delivery (And NOT advance payment), which is something most, if not all hotels, would NOT accept (including my next hotel). Due to a lack of time, as well as no nearby alternatives for luggage delivery, my family and I had no choice but to lug all of our baggage to the next hotel, which was an exhausting and terrible experience.

The staff are very kind! They give me some of recomendation and very welcoming! The facility is also great the reception building and the hotel is not very far and also they have aminities bar that can help you enhoy the trip more! I definietly will comeback to this hotel again 😸

Great apartment layout (especially dealing with microscopic hotel rooms in the rest of Japan) Able to do interesting things like buy and cut up high quality fruit and enjoy within the room as well as make toast and eggs in the morning. Washing machine in unit is absolutely clutch with a child. The adjacent AMU mall connected to Nagasaki station is excellent, and given that you have a kitchen, services daily needs very well (you can make a meal from buying things from the mall and bringing them back for excellent cost effectivneness.) The trams are very nearby.

Location is up a medium flight of stairs from the train station unless you deviate for 5~10 extra minutes. This can be challenging with luggage, strollers, elderly folks. While the staff were nice enough to help with hauling the luggage up for checkin, we had to leave at 5:30am for the airport and thus were on our own for the outbound. Nagasaki is a hilly city so I get it but this definitely did complicate things. The checkin process is in a different building at the bottom of the staircase. They use this central facility to manage checkins for all their apartments in various buildings spread around the neighborhood. The coarse location near the train station seems good at first glance, but having stayed there, being closer to shinchi chinatown / glover garden would have been ideal, and there is not much "life" in the station area. Most things we were interested were a 25-30 minute walk or 15 minute tram ride away.

Really big and spacious room with a well equipped kitchen. Excellent amenities, clean, and great location. We could easily get to where we planned to go

Excellent value for money, large space, could store luggage before check in. Supplied towels and pyjamas and hand towels (compared to some other places which didn't)

Some minor scuffles (e.g. door doesn't close properly without a bit of force for our room) but otherwise was a good place to stay!

Such a great stay. Great location and comfortable room. Strongly recommend to all visitors.
