Staff were really nice! Location was great and view from our room was spectacular. No issues at all, we were very happy with our room.

Nice spacious room. With many amentities. Very clean.

Although the room was ready we could not check in one hour before the scheduled check in time for free. Checking in before the check in time costs 1000 yen per hour. We didn't appreciate this at all. Also there was an unreasonably high fine if you loose the key card of the room which was a bit stressfull.

The room felt like new and more like a studio apartment. There were plenty of facilities in the room.

There were 3 hotels of this name, serviced by a central reception, which was away from the property. When i got there, I couldn't get in. The instructions of where reception was were back to front, and I had to wait until some other guests came out of the building to find out where I needed to check in. Breakfast was a couple of sandwiches in a polystyrene box that had to be collected from reception and taken back to your room. I had no hot water on the 1st morning because I didn't know I had to turn on the hot water heater on in my room. Tea and coffee were available at reception, but again, I didn't know this until the following day.

Close to the train station, with Nagasaki easy to get around by tram and the trams passing by this same spot. Very quiet location with fabulous view to shrine and Kannon on the hill behind the hotel. Great to have washing machine in the room. More space than usual for a hotel room in Japan, and the bonus of kitchen space as well. Friendly staff at check in.

It did take us a bit of time to figure out that we had to go to a co-reception desk for check in which was around the corner a ways - the map on the front of the building is a bit back to front. It would have been nice to have received advice of this requirement via booking.com mail before arrival at the property. Once that was sorted however, access was straightforward and check out was a simple card drop off without need to return to the other building.

Spacious and clean room. The dryer function in the shower room was good enough to dry our laundry. The kitchen had the basic cutlery. Check-in was at the central reception, just few minutes walk from the hotel.
