Tripli Hotels Shambhu Villas

Staff was responsive. Location is in the city center very close to Market and City palace. Nice view from the rooftop.

Cleanliness needs to be improved a lot. The hotel rooms felt dirty. The bathroom and sheets were not clean. Coffee mugs were leaky, had to get them replaced twice.

Food was really amazing at the roof top restaurant with a great view and an extremely cordial restaurant staff.

1. On booking.com it showed there was a mountain view in the Deluxe room. But they have mountain view only in twin sharing rooms. Never book Tripli for a mountain view room if not choosing twin sharing. 2. Quite a casual approach of the staff in meeting the demands. We had to remind them a couple of times before they act on our calls for tooth kit or bathroom mat etc. etc. Tripli needs to train their reception staff.

Location and food was good

Bathroom sink had leakage, which was not repaired till the time of exit. No room service.

Best Value for Money. Very neat, nice interior, friendly staff, closer to city palace.

Best thing is that is the hotel is in prime location and the room was clean and staff and hotel Manager was very helpful person I must say that you can stay in this hotel
