Room size was good, staff was helpful

Food was not upto the mark, sheets were a bit dirty

It's a well cleaned,nice and affordable hotel..I really like the roof top swimming pool .The hotel is easily accessible by all medians and nearest to all attractions.

the linen was dirty. used water bottle not cleared. Door locks didnt work properly. The walls are dirty and needs to be painted. corridors are dirty. TV didnt work

I just liked the location. It was on point. Nothing else is likeable there .

There was no proper treatment given . Inspite of booking for 4 adults . The illiterate receptionist said that the mail is showing only single adult per room and charged extra money of 800+ . The rooms were unhygienic, I saw cockroachs running in Bathroom and room table , the shower were broken and water was spilling all over the bathroom mirror ,And moreover inspite of charging more for these unhygienic room . They even ask to pay me post breakfast . So please look into this matter seriously and give me a good refund or credit coupon . Thank you in advance .

the location was central and the rooftop restaurant has a lovely view and good food. room was spacious and clean.

the room was not a quiet room. one night, there was a huge party going on with some other guests and went on till 3am in the morning. it was so loud and the hotel staff didnt do anything about it. on the day i checked in, i had slept when someone kept knocking on my door and ringing my door bell. when i complained to the hotel they said noone was knocking. later i realized the guy i contacted had looked at the security camera but was looking at the wrong room. not my room.
