Staff were friendly n helpful. Beds were comfy. Good bathroom /shower. Kettle. Easy walk/Rickshaw to the Temples/ Palace/ Ghats n Bars.

Cash only, doesn't accept cards and my UPI app didn't work after multiple attempts. The manager did deduct the 4% charge of getting cash through my Credit Card off my bill. Fridge in room would've been good. Food n Bar is run by the Grapevine. Bar is massively overpriced and the food wasn't all that.

we got a room with open windows, but no door handles. At the reception desk we were told that due to unpleasant odors the room had been aired for a week. Moreover, everything in the room was dirty with paint, torn bedding and dirty. The smell was very bad. The hotel corridor was full of dirty clothes. plates. Generally, terrible mess in the entire hotel. Additionally, no one in the hotel speaks English. A hotel employee calls the owner and hands over the headphones. There is no heating, it is very cold. I definitely do not recommend it!!!

Everything was good

I didn’t like that in booking it said they accept credit cards and then they force me pay cash. Also they keep calling after I was already in bed and telling me to come pay for my stay saying that they will Not have anyone available to check me out in the morning

Location was good.

Rooms are average. Washroom taps are broken shower not working. Used products like shower gel and body lotion are kept. Towels are not clean.
