"UNCLEAN AND UNHYGENIC"

The staff was good, and the location was in a quiet neighborhood. These were the only good things about this hotel

The rooms were extremely unclean. The bed sheets were stained, and the bathroom was unhygienic. It felt disgusting using the towels provided as they seemed used and unclean. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

"Worst experience in this hotel"

After my checkout First they removed my stay on booking.com that is illegal and The staff was unexperienced, worst room, no cleaning, leakage in washroom after complaining they ignored , highest rates

Nothing. Zero.... None ....

The Bathroom stink and was too much dirty with stains all over walls and floor. Bedroom walls were dirty with stains. Swimming pool water was so dirty that it looked grey with dead mosquito swimming. Breakfast included has no options - I was served puri, Poha(made without peanuts and other condiments), only white bread and butter (no brown bread) and banana. They denied dental kit, I had to pay seperate for toothpaste. Room didn't had fridge. I only stayed because I had paid them in advance and there was no option of cancelling same. Staff wasn't helpful, the food and drinks are as costly as 4-5 star hotel with amenities like a lodge. Will never going to book or recommend anyone to book hotel from Booking.com, because when I was suffering all of this Booking.com neither provide any kind of help not even bothered to listen to my grievances...

"It was like living in the extremely cheap motel where you get a room in a bad condition with nearly no service."
