Lake District Stunning Lodge

The lodge was spotless and very comfortable. Great few days break with our dog . Added bonus was a freezer that I was not expecting which was ideal for freezer blocks for our lunch bags . Very close to Cockermouth and the lakes. Would thoroughly recommend

Nothing I can fault . My partner is very sensitive to noise and there is some traffic noise from the main road during the day but quiet during night. This was not an issue for me .

It was very clean and just had such a cosy feel to the place, it was perfect a short 10/15 minute drive to all the walks, views and villages for shopping etc! It was the perfect place for a relaxing get away! Tony was amazing passing on all the information needed for the stay and recommending places to visit, a fabulous host😆

A very clean and modern lodge with everything a family would need for a perfect stay. We enjoyed our time at Forest View immensely.

Excellent location, clean, everything you needed in the lodge and close by.

It would have been good to have a better hoover as I am a bit of a clean freak and as I travelled with 2 small dogs I like to make sure I clean after them.

Lovely modern, clean and tidy van. Plenty of towels, comfy beds, digital heating.

Traffic on a night was loud from the road, so didn't sleep very well.x
